Salon Life Beauty Convention has released the first details from the 2024 Conference Programme in a teaser post across its social media channels.
A selection of multi-site salon operators will take part in a panel session titled ‘Beauty Beyond Borders’ which is designed to help beauty and aesthetics managers to think outside the box when developing strategies for growth in their own businesses.
The panel features three experienced operators including Becky Lumsden, CEO of Pure Spa & Beauty, Lilac Miller, MD of Sleeping Beauty Salons, and Karen Thompson, CEO of Beauty Secrets Ltd.
This trio of leading beauty experts, who collectively preside over more than 40 separate salons, will share insights into mistakes made and lessons learned on their route to their ‘empires of elegance’!
Salon Life is the ‘little sister’ event of the established Spa Life International Conventions and offers the same combination of business development and peer-level networking opportunities but focusses exclusively on the beauty & aesthetics sector.
Event Director, Andrew Hammond said: “We are fortunate to have the support of several loyal sponsors who have supported our events each year since 2010. They told us how much they liked the concept of the Spa Life events and how successful they were for their business development, but while much of their business was in the spa sector, they also had significant penetration into the beauty sector.
